City Mountain
The name Manhattan ("hilly island" or "place of intoxication") is from the Algonquian languages of the earliest known inhabitants of the area. Bought for a STEAL (in a Real estate Deal) by the Dutch in 1624 for $24, today you'll have to go to Brooklyn to find anything for that price. In City Mountain, you do what you can. If you can't pay your rent, live in a van-down by the river.

jUSTINYC Makes Cover of The L Magazine "Art Issue"

Fulton Fish Market moving to the South Bronx (maybe... eventually)
and The L Magazine- one of NYC's best resources for keeping up to date with the whereabouts and whens of the city- asked The fotoUR to snap up some pics of the old diggs, downtown Manhattan. Read the interesting story behind the link above- the pic below was taken in the burg a few weeks back. There's art all over Brooklyn by this artist...tomorrow I may compile a few other peices that are scattered and splattered throughout Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

[look familiar?] Be sure to check out URBANFOTO's new look!
Thanks for being patient while i work out my bugs....i'm not a designer you know...just wingin it with creativity..thanks for the wonderful comments!
